Thyme on the Lake
1 oz of pomegranate/thyme simple syrup, the juice of 1 lime (.75-1.0 oz) 1.5 oz of Sebago Lake’s Original Rum. Shake and fine strain into a rocks glass over ice (preferably a large rock) and garnish with lime peel shavings and pomegranate seeds sprinkled on top!

I’m just a guy who loves being on the water and making cocktails for people! My first recipe for this drink was good, but for this contest I decided to change it up a little, and I am so glad I did! The Thyme on the Lake is a real treat to drink! I hope everyone enjoys!
