1oz sebago orignal rum
1oz Bullard calvados
3/4oz apple infused Blanco vermouth
Light 1/4oz amenera cherry syrup
Lime peel for stirring

Pour rum, calvados, vermouth, and syrup in a mixing vessel. Peel a small lime rind and add to mixing vessel.
Add ice and stir for about 30 seconds and fresh ice as it dilutes.

Serve up in a chilled coup or nice thin martini glass.
Garnish with a very thin apple slice and half an amenera cherry speared with a toothpick.
