.5 oz Boiled Cider and Sage Syrup
.25 oz Lime Juice
Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Combine Sebago Distillery Original Rum, Boiled Cider and Sage Syrup and lime juice over rocks, stir. Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer. Garnish with sage leaf.
